Designed and implemented agentic AI development workflows using Claude Code — custom agents, skills, commands, and hooks that autonomously handle the full engineering lifecycle from Jira ticket intake to Slack publishing.

Mentoring.org — MentorConnect Platform

Built a national mentoring platform from scratch, replacing a legacy Drupal system with CakePHP 4.6 REST API, Vue.js/TypeScript frontend, and Symfony search widget — now supporting 3,000+ programs across all 50 U.S. states and Canada.
Developed geo-proximity search, inquiry management, NQMS quality assessments, affiliate management, role-based permissions, Redis caching, and multi-language (English/French) support.

Spectrum Science — TrialBlazer

Developed a HIPAA-compliant clinical trial platform with CakePHP backend, Vue.js frontend, custom survey builder, participant portal, and multi-region architecture (US/EU) for PII/PHI compliance.

Associated Builders & Contractors — ABC AMS

Primary developer on a large-scale association management system in CakePHP 5 for 21,000+ members across 68 chapters — handling membership lifecycle, dues billing, events, committees, PAC tracking, and Stripe/Authorize.net payments.
Solely designed and built Phase 2: a full education/LMS module covering courses, instructors, students, grades, attendance, and on-the-job training.

Led a team of 5 (US + offshore) managing a CRM used by 4,000+ real estate clients for lead generation, marketing, and sales funnels via SMS/email.
Revamped lead distribution logic to increase quality by 40%. Reduced customer turnaround from 36 hours to 1 hour via automation.
Implemented Stripe/Avalara APIs for subscriptions, automated customer cancellation (replaced 10-day manual workflow), and built Facebook API integrations for campaign automation.

Created Swapmob, a social trading network for 2 games with 50K users — an auction house hub for virtual goods using CodeIgniter, Node.js, and Socket.io.
Built the frontend bidding system as a web widget and developed virtual currency conversion and cross-promotion tools to increase ARPU.
